Where to begin? I know it's October, but I am going to backtrack a bit...
We had quite the busy summer. We were lucky enough to visit family in both Nebraska and Iowa. With the exception of a few really hot and humid days in Nebraska, the weather was actually really nice. Nicer than 115 in Phoenix!
Here are a few pics of the boys playing with some frogs that JJ and Jayden (Grandma and Papa's neighbors in Nebraska) brought back from their friends farm. Our boys had a blast!
We did have to remind both Lincoln and Reese to be gentle with them...
Lincoln thought it was fun to hop around the deck after the frogs
Jaxon, proudly showing off his frog
Lincoln cheesin it for the camera with his frog, only I cut the frog off! I thought it was a cute picture anyway!
That's better, with the frog in the picture

Great Grandma Donna with Jaxon, Reese, Lincoln and Ryan's uncles son, Jayden. Also known as the lolly pop kids!

At Jay Bar D Ranch, trying to get all 3 boys to look at the camera while on a horse...
Daddy took Lincoln for a ride on one of Jim and Jackie's horses
Jackie gave the boys rides too!
Reese and Lincoln hanging out by the horse corral
A visit to Mike and Janet's Alpaca Farm
This gal spit in my face while I tried to snap a picture of her... turns out she was agitated because we had taken her baby out to pet and it was only 3 days old.
Reese hugging the baby... so soft
Janet took the boys for a ride on their 4 wheeler. They LOVED it!
Still fishin'
Yucky worms
Slimy fish
Papa and Jaxon catch a fish
Daddy and Lincoln, still trying to catch a fish... but having more luck on the dock.
Ryan's cousins, Derek and Cheree, stopped by to visit with us and play with the kids. It was great to see them.
Making some home made ice cream on a hot sunny day
Jaxon takes a turn churning the ice cream
Derek takes a turn too
Playin' with Play Dough
Lincoln and Jayden... catchin' fire flies, a favorite summertime activity!
