Welcome Family and Friends!!!

Welcome to the Chapman Family Blog!! I discovered that I am much more efficient at keeping the family photos up to date online than I am actually scrapbooking. It's nothing fancy, just a slice of life from the Chapman's in Arizona. Enjoy!

JuJe comes to visit

My Aunt Julie was in Arizona visiting a friend in Fountain Hills and came to stay with us for a night. Lincoln took her to one of his favorite neighborhood parks. As always, we had fun at the park.

Hanging out with JuJe and Dukers on the couch

Getting ready to go to the park

Lincoln walking Duke, or Duke walking Lincoln??

Watch me climb the slide!

Made it to the top

Just chillin

Checking in with Julie on his way up the slide. He likes to climb up the slides about as much as he likes to slide down them!

Walking on the wall

Back up the slide

Hi guys

Having some fun swinging!

Getting an "underdog" from Julie!

We had a lot of fun playing with Julie when she was here! I wish we could have had more time together. We are definitely looking forward to our trip home to Nebraska and Iowa this summer, and visiting all of our families!

Coloring Easter Eggs!

We were pretty excited to have Lincoln color his Easter Eggs this year. He didn't take much interest in it last year, but I knew he would love it this year. Especially since he knows his colors! Here's a pic before the little man got into it!

Patiently waiting for the eggs to color.

On to round two!

The little metal dipper the kits provide isn't very toddler friendly. Lincoln found it much easier, and much more fun to use his hands! What the heck, you're only 2 once!!

The dirtier the better.

We didnt' get to keep any of the eggs. Lincoln managed to crack all of them on either the table, or the sides of the glasses. Oh well. It was fun!

Daddy helping Lincoln put the spiderman stickers on the eggs.

Finished product. All you artists out there, don't be jealous.

Disney on Ice!

Last weekend, Joy and I took the boys along with her Mom, Arla
to Disney on Ice at US Airways Center. The show was fantastic! I was
a little worried that Lincoln would lose interest, but he didn't. (One tine
he did ask if he could go home now...) We had great seats, about 4 rows
from the ice. It was a ton of fun, and kept the boys on the edges of their
seats the whole time.

I couldn't resist these pics. They are too cute together!

Lincoln loved seeing Mickey Mouse. He asked for him constantly
when he wasn't on stage! (And part of the show was Mickey getting
kidnapped, and Linc couldn't understand why Mickey wasn't on stage!)

The Incredibles were sent to save Mickey and Minnie

And encountered a few bumps in the road along the way!

Alice in Wonderland

Cinderella

YAY, it's Mickey and Minnie

OH no, there they are getting kidnapped!

Next, it's Dora or Elmo live! :)
